Colmena Seguros visits ACCIONA’s Control Center for a strategic session on operational innovation and occupational health

Colmena Seguros Colombia visited ACCIONA‘s innovative Campus Control Center in Madrid, one of Europe’s leading references in the intelligent management of sustainable infrastructure. The visit aimed to strengthen international technical collaboration in occupational health and safety, operational intelligence, and risk prevention.
The session was led by Dr. Pablo Yáñez, Director of Occupational Risk Prevention at ACCIONA Infraestructuras, and José Alberto Salcedo, Health & Safety Manager and Head of the Prevention Department, who explained how the center operates: environmental monitoring, real-time risk traceability, sensor systems, and prevention-oriented automation.

This vision builds on connected, predictive occupational risk prevention software.
Dr. Mondelo, a scientific leader at CERpIE-UPC, contributed an academic perspective on advances in the digital transformation of occupational health and the use of predictive models to anticipate occupational diseases and musculoskeletal risks. The academic input echoed advances in workplace ergonomics and biomechanics.
